When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped

How long does it take to deliver an order?

Orders take 1-2 business days to be fulfilled and 3-5 business days to deliver. If it has been over 7 business days since you placed your order and you still haven't received it.

Where does the product ship from?

All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Switzerland!

What is your return policy?

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full amount of the order, less return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these cases on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
